U19 Badminton

On Thursday, January 18th, the U19 Badminton A boys team, composed of
Devidas, Artium, Mohammed, and Bernard, showcased their skills and
determination in the D2 Leinster School Finals held in Baldoyle. The competition
brought together schools not only from Dublin but also from as far afield as Kilkenny
and Offaly.
Facing off against formidable opponents such as Ard Scoil Chiarain Naofa and Scoil
Airegail Ballyhale, the boys displayed remarkable resilience and sportsmanship.
Despite their relentless efforts, the matches against Ard Scoil Chiarain Naofa ended
with a score of 2-4, and against Scoil Airegail Ballyhale with a score of 3-3.
While the team did not advance to the final stage of the competition, their
dedication, teamwork, and passion for the sport were evident throughout the
tournament. The coaching staff and supporters commend the boys for their
outstanding effort and commitment, recognising their hard work.
