Home Room Coffee Morning
Ms Tara Gallagher
The Home room hosted a coffee morning for parents, grandparents and extended members of the
homeroom.
The boys prepared presentations to showcase their achievements to date. The boys in 1st year talked
about how well they’ve settled into De La Salle. They spoke about their new subjects, new experiences
and skills they have learned. The TY students told us all about their work experience. The 2nd Years
presented a piece about the Self Regulation Program they have been taking part in. As well as this, the
boys treated us to some musical performances and presentations of art works.
Afterwards, everyone moved to the library for tea, coffee and treats. Everyone spoke of their pride at
the success of the boy in the homeroom. It was a lovely morning enjoyed by all. Thank you to
everyone who helped to make this fantastic event possible.
