We celebrated ‘World Book Day’ in the school on
March 2nd. A number of activities took place,
including:
Drop Everything & Read
Instagram Competition: Students were asked to share a
photo of the book they are reading to their Instagram
stories tagging the school.
Book Tokens: Book tokens were given to students by
English teachers.
Debate Club: Book themed motion
Community Library: Unveiling of the little lending library.

Parents Consultation: A Tea and coffee morning took
place with members of our Parent’s Association to show
them our Well-read portfolio and discuss other ideas
about how to promote reading in school.
