Pancake Tuesday

Pancake Tuesday Fundraiser

On Pancake Tuesday, February 21st, our Transition
Year students held a fundraising event in aid of the
UNICEF Syria and Turkey Earthquake Aid Appeal.
They made and sold delicious pancakes to students
and staff members, raising money for this very
worthy cause.

The event was a great success, with many students
and staff members eager to support the fundraiser.
The pancakes were a hit, and many people came
back for seconds.

We are proud of our Transition Year students for
their initiative and dedication to helping those in
need. The money raised will go towards providing
much-needed aid to those affected by the ongoing
crisis in Syria and the recent earthquake in Turkey.

At De La Salle College, we believe in fostering a
spirit of generosity and compassion among our
students, and events like this one demonstrate
the importance of giving back to those in need.
We thank our Transition Year students for their
hard work and commitment to making a
positive difference in the world.
