St Patrick’s Day in DLS

St. Patrick's Day at our school was a celebration of
Irish culture and tradition, complete with delicious
                                                         food. Mr Kirwan's mother made a mouth-watering
Traditional Irish Stew, while Ms Kelleher cooked up a
                                                         tasty Dublin Coddle*.

The aroma of these dishes filled the staff room,
tempting everyone to try a bowl. While the
Traditional Irish Stew was a hit with everyone, some
of staff members particularly from outside Dublin
were a bit hesitant to try the Coddle, but those who
did enjoyed its unique blend of flavours.

We are grateful to both Mr Kirwan's mother and
Ms Kelleher for sharing their culinary skills with
us on this special occasion. Their delicious dishes
brought the staff together, reminding us of the
importance of community and sharing in the
                                                         spirit of St. Patrick's Day.
