Lasallian Competition Final

We had a large number of entries to the
competition including powerpoint
presentations, raps, poems and original art
pieces.
The school provided us with a bus to Castletown
and we brought 13 of our students with us; who
had been nominated for prizes.
Our potential prize winners presented their
pieces to a panel of 3 judges on the day.
Not only did the boys have a chance to see the
work of all the other schools involved, they also
had a chance to attend an interactive workshop
with students from a selection of Lasallian
schools.
Muyan Zhang (1st year) won Third Prize for his
poem celebrating Jean Baptiste and Luke
Brennan (2nd year) won a special
commendation for his rap. We are immensely
proud of the 30 boys who entered the Lasallian
competition.
