Catholic Schools Week

Catholic Schools Week 2024 was celebrated from Sunday, 21 January, to Saturday,

27 January. The theme of Catholic Schools Week was ‘Communities of
Service.’ This theme reminds us that our education goes far beyond academics. It
is about moulding individuals with a strong moral compass and a commitment to
serving others. This is not only the foundation of Catholic Education but at the core
of our Lasallian Ethos represented by the Five Core Principles of De La Salle.

Lots of activities took place to celebrate CSW in De La Salle College including:

 Debate Club focused on the theme of friendship communities.
 First Years made positive affirmation fortune teller cards.
 Each day we had two students read a prayer and reflection based on the
theme of CSW.
 We tidied and added more books to our community library.
